Hearts

Dimensions: 16" x 20"
Medium: Acrylic on Panel

Artist Statement:  "Colonel Buckley has been retired, with full pension, after serving more than four human years in active duty (equivalent to 24 years in dog year). The rumor has it, however, he has appealed several times to HQs asking to return to service.  Considering his age, and the fact that one eye was lost during his last combat mission, he will never have a chance to go back."

IMO (In Flight Missile Operator)

Dimensions: 16" x 20" x 1.5"
Medium:  Acrylic on Wood Palette

Artist Statement: "High Command selected the brightest kids from the Animal Boy Scouts for this special mission - navigating into a target.  Things have advanced since Chi Chi and Clyde begin testing this tactic months ago.

The Operator carefully monitors the launch process and manually inspects every part of the rocket before liftoff.

Candidates are all also numbered and there is no mistake or confusion as to who is next.

It was suggested that the pilot try to eject prior to impact.  However, no information about casualty rates is available at this time."

Sentry AD (After Dumped)

Dimensions: 12" x 12" x 1.5"
Medium: Acrylic on Wood Palette
Artist Statement: Mr. Fluffybanks couldn't believe that his girlfriend of 3 weeks (about 5 months in dog years) left him for a Navy officer.  His only consolation was looking at the bottom of beer cans and liquor bottels from the inside.  Unfortunately, on this day the human Air force decided to send a lone fighter to bomb a key strategic site.
